经典白面包的做法

经典白面包

材料

l 高筋面粉 500g

l 300ml

l 干酵母 7g

l 8g

l 15g

l 无盐黄油 30g

 

步骤

1. 混合干性材料

2. 缓慢加入温水搅拌

3. 揉面至扩展阶段(约15分钟)

4. 一次发酵至两倍大(约1小时)

5. 分割、整形

6. 二次发酵(约45分钟)

7. 预热烤箱200°C,烤25-30分钟

8. *小贴士:面团温度控制在24-26°C最佳
